Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
4. All pictures on this website represent pieces of art which are protected by the Copyright Law of the United States. Use of these pictures for any purposes, other than viewing on this website for sales purposes, is strictly prohibited unless prior written permission is provided by Art by Ivette, LLC.
Limited Liability
5. On this site you will be offered automatic links to other sites for customers’ convenience. Art by Ivette, LLC does not hold responsibility for the content of those sites nor does the existence of these links signify that we endorse the websites.
6. Art by Ivette, LLC is not responsible for the mis-use of purchased art or for consequences of mis-used art.
7. Art by Ivette, LLC will not receive or retain any customer credit card information during the purchase of items. All purchases are processed through PayPal who collects information about your transactions. Art by Ivette, LLC does not retain any credit card or PayPal account information. (If the customer does not have a PayPal account, a credit card payment can be used during the PayPal checkout process).
8. Art by Ivette, LLC offers certain communications relating to products, announcements and messages through its Newsletter – a service each individual can subscribe to. An interested party can request that communication in any form (newsletter or otherwise) cease at any time.
9. Art by Ivette, LLC is not responsible for any spam which a customer or visitor receives as a result of shared communication information.
10. Art by Ivette, LLC is not liable for unsupervised purchases.
11. Refunds and returns with Art by Ivette, LLC will be dealt with on an individual basis.
12. Art by Ivette, LLC is not responsible for lost items that end up not reaching the intended party. If special mailing requirements are necessary, the customer must contact Art by Ivette, LLC the same day the order is placed, to specify details.

Shipping and Returns
We are happy to offer shipping to any US state as well as Canada for a fee and should be received within 10 business days of order date. We do offer international shipping as well – please contact us to discuss details and costs.

All US & Canada shipping costs USD $5 (for silk items) and will be paid by the buyer at checkout unless otherwise stated. The cost of international shipments will be determined based on destination and item being shipped- ex: silk or painting.

Return Policy: Returns are rare and if you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (please see contact information). When you contact us please explain your concern in detail and we will accommodate our customers as best as possible. Please understand the material used for this art is delicate – please handle accordingly (see FAQ for more information)
